Ingredients
- 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp liquorice powder
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and honey together over low heat. Stir in the liquorice powder and a pinch of salt.

Place the carrot sticks on a baking sheet and drizzle the liquorice mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the carrots in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
