Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the cabbage to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the vegetable broth and add the salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and bay leaf. Stir well to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let the cabbage stew for 20 minutes, or until it is tender.

Remove the bay leaf before serving. Serve the stewed cabbage hot and enjoy!
