  • 1 bunch of broccolini
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Trim any tough ends from the broccolini and discard.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

  4. Add the broccolini to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook the broccolini for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is bright green and tender-crisp.

  6. Remove from heat and transfer the broccolini to a serving dish.

  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
