Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.

  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, turning once halfway through cooking.

  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
