How To Make Spiced Cauliflower Roast

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated with the spices and oil.

Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
