Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and trim any excess crust from the edges.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  4. Stir in the cheese, spinach, onion, and bacon until evenly mixed.

  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.

  7. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
