Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, corn)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until onions turn translucent.

  2. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.

  3. Add soy sauce, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Add cooked rice and mix everything together.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the heat.

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
