How To Make Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, corn)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until onions turn translucent.

Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add cooked rice and mix everything together.

Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off the heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
