Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. Place the carrots on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and charred.
