- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add mushrooms and garlic, and sauté until mushrooms are golden brown and tender.

Stir in dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
