How To Make Trio’s Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 large stuffing mushrooms
- 1/2 pound of Italian sausage
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 ounces of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside.

Brown sausage and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, and sausage mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.

Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
