- 1 pound of carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
