How To Make Grilled Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 4 heads of bok choy
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Trim off the bottom of the bok choy heads and cut them in half lengthwise.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Brush the bok choy halves with the olive oil mixture.

Place the bok choy on the grill, cut side down, and grill for about 4-5 minutes, until charred and slightly wilted.

Flip the bok choy over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove the bok choy from the grill and transfer to a serving platter.

Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
