- 4 heads of bok choy
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
Instructions

Wash the bok choy thoroughly and cut off the ends. Separate the leaves from the stems.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the bok choy stems to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Stir in the chili paste, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
