Ingredients
- 4 heads of bok choy
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Rinse the bok choy thoroughly and separate the leaves.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add the bok choy leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.

Stir in the oyster sauce and chilli flakes, and toss to coat the bok choy evenly.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.

Season with salt to taste.
