Ingredients

  • 4 heads of bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the bok choy thoroughly and separate the leaves.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add the bok choy leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.

  5. Stir in the oyster sauce and chilli flakes, and toss to coat the bok choy evenly.

  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the bok choy is tender but still crisp.

  7. Season with salt to taste.

  8. Serve hot as a side dish.
