Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Fry coated cauliflower florets until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  5. Remove the fried cauliflower from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
