How To Make Serrano Pepper and Cheese Quesadilla Recipe
A delicious blend of spicy serrano pepper and melted cheese, wrapped in a warm and crispy quesadilla.

Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 serrano peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

Sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of chopped serrano pepper over the cheese on each tortilla.

Fold each tortilla in half and press down firmly.

Melt 1/2 tbsp of butter in the skillet, and add one tortilla.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until tortilla is golden and crispy and cheese is melted.

Repeat with remaining tortillas and butter.

Serve hot.
