How To Make Banana Pepper and Potato Salad Recipe
A savory and tangy potato salad with the added kick of banana peppers.

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped banana peppers
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Boil cubed potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked potatoes, chopped banana peppers, celery and red onion.

In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

Pour dressing over the potato mixture and gently toss to coat.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
