Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted and mashed
  • 4-5 banana peppers, sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  3. In a bowl, mix the mashed avocado, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  4. Top each baguette slice with a generous helping of avocado mixture and a few slices of banana peppers.

  5. Serve immediately.
