How To Make Anaheim Pepper and Lime Marinated Chicken Recipe
This chicken is marinated in a zesty mix of Anaheim peppers, lime, and spices for a flavorful and juicy entree.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Anaheim peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

In a blender or food processor, combine chopped Anaheim peppers, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine chicken breasts and marinade. Toss until chicken is coated, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding excess marinade.
