This dish is a spicy and savory stir-fry that combines tender strips of beef with Anaheim peppers and a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 4 Anaheim peppers, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, cornstarch, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add beef and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, until browned.

Add Anaheim peppers and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Pour the sauce into the wok and stir to coat the meat and peppers.

Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the beef is fully cooked.
