How To Make Anaheim Pepper and Cheese Quesadilla Recipe
This cheesy and flavorful quesadilla is filled with Anaheim peppers, perfect for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Anaheim peppers, seeded and sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Warm up a large skillet over medium heat.

Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the skillet.

Place one tortilla in the skillet.

Add 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and some sliced Anaheim peppers on top of the tortilla.

Top with another tortilla and press it down with a spatula.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
