How To Make Anaheim Pepper and Cheese Quesadilla Recipe

This cheesy and flavorful quesadilla is filled with Anaheim peppers, perfect for a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Anaheim peppers, seeded and sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Warm up a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the skillet.

  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet.

  4. Add 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and some sliced Anaheim peppers on top of the tortilla.

  5. Top with another tortilla and press it down with a spatula.

  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
