
How To Make The Greatest Grilled Turkey Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 whole turkey (12-14 pounds)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium indirect heat (around 350°F to 375°F).

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, and sage.

Pat dry the turkey with paper towels and place it on a large cutting board.

Gently lift the turkey’s skin and rub the herb mixture under the skin, covering as much of the turkey as possible.

Season the outside of the turkey generously with salt and pepper.

Place the turkey on the grill breast side up and close the lid.

Cook the turkey for about 2.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F when measured in the thickest part of the thigh.

Rotate the turkey halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.

Once cooked, remove the turkey from the grill and let it rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
