How To Make Leftover Turkey Soup Recipe

- 2 cups shredded cooked turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, sauté onion, carrot, and celery until tender.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add shredded turkey, bay leaf, thyme, and chicken broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
