How To Make Easy Loaded Baked Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the diced potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and transfer to the prepared baking dish.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes and gently toss to coat.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese and crumbled bacon over the potatoes. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
