Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  3. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add garlic, bell peppers, and onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

  5. Add broccoli to the skillet and continue stir frying for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over the ingredients. Stir to coat everything evenly.

  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and vegetables.

  8. Serve hot over cooked rice.
