How To Make Stir-Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add diced carrot, bell pepper, and frozen peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until cooked.

Add cooked rice to the pan. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over the rice. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.

Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fried rice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Give it a final stir.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
