- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water

In a shallow dish, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

In another dish, beat the eggs.

Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, coating both sides.

Press each side of the chicken into the sesame seeds, ensuring they stick to the chicken.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
