How To Make Hearty Turkey Stew with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the turkey pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add the diced onion, sliced carrots, celery, and minced garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the dried thyme and rosemary to the pot and stir well.

Return the cooked turkey to the pot and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.

Add the frozen peas to the pot and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
