- 4 cube steaks
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
