How To Make Asian Flank Steak Skewers

These flank steak skewers are marinated in sesame oil, lime juice, and soy sauce with garlic and fresh ginger. Perfect for gatherings!

  • lbsflank steak,sliced thin
  • cupsreduced sodium soy sauce,use tamari or liquid aminos for gluten free and keto
  • 2clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1tspfresh ginger
  • 1tspsesame oil
  • 1lime juice

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.

  2. Marinate the steak in all the ingredients for about 1 hour or more.

  3. Discard marinade and thread the sliced steak onto the skewers.

  4. Heat the grill or grill pan to high heat. Cook skewers on the hot grill for a few minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
