Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat and add the onions and garlic. Cook until they are translucent and fragrant.

Add the fresh peas and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until the peas are tender.

Remove the pot from heat and stir in the mint leaves. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
