How To Make Keto Cream of Asparagus Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.

Add chopped asparagus and continue to cook until asparagus is fork-tender.

Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Use an immersion blender or transfer soup to a blender to puree until smooth.
