- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until translucent.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pot and cook until they release their liquid and become tender.
