Ingredients
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into small pieces
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until they become fragrant.
