How To Make Lemon & Herb Stuffing Recipe

Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Total: 40 minutes



  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 lemons, zest and juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, melted butter, vegetable broth, lemon zest and juice, minced garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
