- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
