Ingredients
- 1 cup dried green split peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
