Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tsp of dried sage
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, diced onion, diced celery, melted butter, chicken broth, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Stir until the bread cubes are well coated with the mixture.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.

  4. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
