How To Make Slow Cooker Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, diced onion, diced bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

  3. Place the patties in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or until cooked through.

  4. Serve the hamburgers on hamburger buns and add your favorite toppings.
