How To Make Low Calorie Slow Cooker Chili Recipe
A hearty and healthy chili packed with veggies and lean turkey, cooked slowly in a crockpot to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.

Add the onion, red bell pepper, and garlic, and cook for a few more minutes until softened.

Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.

Add in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
