How To Make Son of a Gun Fish Sandwich Recipe
A crispy fish sandwich with a spicy kick!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 fillets of tilapia or cod
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Hot sauce
Instructions

Mix flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and salt in a shallow bowl.

Beat egg and milk in another shallow bowl.

Dip fish fillets in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture until coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry fish fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.

Toast hamburger buns.

Spread mayonnaise and hot sauce on the bottom bun, then add lettuce and tomato.

Add fish fillet on top and cover with top bun.
