How To Make Spicy Seafood Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb mixed seafood (such as shrimp, mussels, and calamari)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and minced garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add the red pepper flakes and mixed seafood to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.

Pour in the diced tomatoes and white wine. Simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
