Ingredients

  • 8 oz squid, cleaned and sliced
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 lb fresh clams
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and chili, and sauté until onion becomes translucent.

  3. Add the squid to the pan and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned.

  4. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 1 minute.

  5. Add the diced tomatoes with their juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.

  6. Gently add the clams to the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the clams open.

  7. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix well with the sauce and seafood.

  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
