How To Make Baked Salmon & Leek parcel

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 leeks, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the leeks, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.

  4. Divide the leek mixture equally among the salmon fillets and sprinkle with fresh dill.

  5. Fold the foil over the salmon and seal the edges to create a parcel.

  6. Place the parcels on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

  7. Serve the baked salmon parcels with lemon wedges and enjoy!
