How To Make Baked Salmon & Leek parcel

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, toss the leeks, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.

Divide the leek mixture equally among the salmon fillets and sprinkle with fresh dill.

Fold the foil over the salmon and seal the edges to create a parcel.

Place the parcels on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
