Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Place each salmon fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour the marinade over the salmon, then place orange slices on top.

  5. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a packet, sealing the edges tightly.

  6. Transfer the foil packets to a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

  7. Carefully open the packets, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve.
