Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet or greased grill grates.

  4. Spread the chili-lime butter evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

  5. Grill or bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve the salmon hot with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro.
