How To Make Salmon with Chilli & Lime Butter

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Place the salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet or greased grill grates.

Spread the chili-lime butter evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.

Grill or bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

Serve the salmon hot with lime wedges and garnish with fresh cilantro.
