Ingredients

  • 200g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 100g tarama (fish roe)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toasted bread or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the smoked salmon, tarama, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, red onion, and fresh dill.

  2. Pulse until smooth and well combined.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Transfer the taramasalata to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Serve chilled with toasted bread or crackers. Enjoy!
