  • 4 large eggs
  • 150g smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease four ramekins with butter.

  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites into two bowls.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks, smoked salmon, milk, Parmesan cheese, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

  5. Fold the egg whites into the smoked salmon mixture gently until fully incorporated.

  6. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

  7. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
