How To Make Smoked Salmon Blinis

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and drop spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet.
