Ingredients

  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • 200g smoked mackerel fillets
  • 2 cooked beetroots, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the toasted bread slices on a serving platter.

  2. Flake the smoked mackerel fillets with a fork and divide them evenly among the bread slices.

  3. Top each slice with sliced beetroots and red onion.

  4. Sprinkle fresh dill over the toasts and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Finish each toast with a dollop of Greek yogurt.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
